The Revenue Room
A strategic execution environment for founder-led expertise businesses to turn sales instinct into sales infrastructure.
Your business doesn’t need more random sales advice. It needs the right sales infrastructure, built in the right order, with enough strategic rigour to keep working when client delivery and life get busy.
From the outside, the business looks strong. Clients are happy. Referrals still happen. You know how to sell when you are in the room. But underneath, too much of the revenue function still depends on you: your memory, your energy, your relationships, your ability to customize in the moment, and your willingness to keep every deal alive in your head. That works until the business needs consistency. It works until you want to grow without adding more founder heroics. It works until a bad week becomes a bad revenue week.
That’s the moment to enter The Revenue Room.
Run a tighter revenue engine
Inside The Revenue Room, we don’t just talk about sales — we work the system.
This is where Sales Infrastructure Sprint alumni build and refine the pieces their business needs next: buyer journey, sales process, pipeline visibility, follow-up standards, deal strategy, messaging, sales assets, and operating rhythm.
You’ll:
pressure-test live opportunities
tighten pipeline visibility
maintain outbound rhythm
simplify RevOps decisions
and get out of your own head faster
This is not a course, content portal or general founder community. It is a working room for people who are actively building the sales infrastructure their next stage of growth requires.

Who It’s For
You’ll feel at home here if:
Experienced consultants, advisors, strategists, service providers, boutique firms, and expert founders.
Businesses with proven delivery, real traction, and strong reputation.
Founders whose sales still rely too heavily on instinct, referrals, relationships, and founder presence.
People who are ready to build, test, refine, and use sales infrastructure - not collect more ideas.
Founders who want strategic feedback and implementation momentum without outsourcing their voice or judgment.
Who It’s Not For
The Revenue Room isn’t for everyone, particularly if you’re looking for:
Early-stage founders still validating the offer.
People looking for mindset coaching around whether sales is allowed to feel good.
Founders who want scripts, hacks, or an off-the-shelf sales machine.
Anyone looking for unbounded done-for-you copywriting, inbox management, or sales outsourcing.
People who want access to Talica but do not want to do the build
Meet your facilitator
Talica Davies
Hi! I’m Talica (pronounced Ta-lee-tha), your resident sales nerd and evangelist and creator of The Revenue Room.
I’ve spent 20+ years building strategies that actually work—without hacks, scripts, or selling your soul. I’ve closed over $750M in sales, generated $75M in leads, and helped 1,000+ entrepreneurs turn “I hate selling” into “wait, that worked?”
When I’m not helping founders close deals with confidence, you’ll find me sailing (I once crossed the Pacific in a 40ft boat), doing yoga, or adventuring with my son Jameson. I’m married, descended from Vikings and Fijian warriors (which explains a lot), and I believe sales is a muscle, not a magic trick. Around here, we keep it human, we keep it honest, and we definitely keep it fun.

FAQ FOR THE REVENUE ROOM
ABOUT THE ROOM
Q: What exactly is The Revenue Room?
A: The Revenue Room is a strategic operating room for founder-led, expertise-based businesses that are ready to make sales clearer, stronger, and more repeatable.
It is where we build and refine the sales infrastructure your business needs to grow with more consistency: clearer offers, stronger sales paths, better follow-up, live deal strategy, pipeline visibility, and the operating rhythm to keep revenue moving.
This is not a course, content portal, or generic sales community.
It is a working room for founders who are done carrying the entire sales function in their heads.
Q: How is this different from a course or mastermind?
A: A course gives you information. A mastermind gives you conversation.
The Revenue Room gives you an operating rhythm.
Inside, we use strategic advisory, sales stand-ups, and focused implementation sprints to help you build the infrastructure your business actually needs next.
You are not left alone to figure out which template, tactic, or framework applies to your business. We look at what is real, what is stuck, what needs to be built, and what should move next.
Q: Who is this for?
A: The Revenue Room is for founders of expertise-based businesses who have real traction, strong delivery, and a reputation for good work — but whose sales process still depends too much on founder instinct, memory, energy, and one-off conversations.
You might be a consultant, advisor, strategist, service provider, clinic owner, boutique firm owner, or expert founder.
The through line is this: you are selling expertise, trust, and judgment — and you need a sales system that protects that, not a generic sales machine that strips it out.
Q: Who is this not for?
A: This is not for founders looking for plug-and-play scripts, passive content, mindset coaching, or a place to be convinced that sales is not gross.
It is also not for people who want to outsource all responsibility for their sales function.
The Revenue Room is for founders who are ready to build. You will get strategy, structure, feedback, and support — but you still need to show up and do the work inside your own business.
Q: Do I need to complete the Revenue Roadmap first?
A: Ideally, yes.
The Revenue Roadmap gives us the map before we start building. It identifies what your business actually needs from its sales function, where the current gaps are, and what should be prioritized first.
Without that, it is too easy to work on random pieces of sales infrastructure that may or may not matter yet.
The Roadmap tells us what to build. The Revenue Room helps you build it.
Q: Can I join without the Revenue Roadmap?
A: In some cases, yes.
If we have already worked together, or we have had enough diagnostic conversation to clearly identify what you need to build next, you may be invited directly into The Revenue Room.
Otherwise, the Revenue Roadmap is the best first step.
LOGISTICS + ACCESS
Q: What’s included in my membership?
A: Your membership includes:
Strategic Advisory + Office Hours
Bring the sales infrastructure you are actively building and get direct feedback. This might include your buyer journey, offer language, sales assets, follow-up sequence, proposal structure, referral language, pricing questions, outreach, or process decisions.
Sales Stand-Up
Bring live deals, active opportunities, stalled conversations, and pipeline decisions. We look at what is real, what is moving, what is stuck, and what next step will actually advance the buyer.
Sprint Planning + Momentum Reviews
We work in focused implementation sprints so you know what you are building, why it matters, and what needs to happen next. This is what keeps the work from turning into one giant, half-finished idea.
Content Vault
A practical library of templates, frameworks, prompts, and examples to support the work you are actively building. The vault is not the product. It is the toolbox.
Private Member Space
A focused place to share wins, ask quick questions, post assets for feedback, and keep momentum between sessions.
Q: How do the weekly calls work?
A: The weekly calls rotate between strategic advisory, sales stand-ups, and sprint-focused working sessions.
Some sessions focus on infrastructure: offers, messaging, sales paths, follow-up systems, proposals, referral language, and assets.
Other sessions focus on live revenue: active opportunities, stuck deals, pipeline movement, and next-step decisions.
The point is not to fill your calendar with calls. The point is to create a steady operating rhythm for the part of the business most founders are still carrying in their heads.
Q: How do I access everything?
A: Once you join, you will receive a welcome email with links to the member space, call schedule, Content Vault, and any relevant forms or onboarding materials.
You will also receive guidance on what to bring to your first session so you are not wandering into the room wondering where to start.
Q: How long do I have access?
A: The Revenue Room has a 6-month minimum commitment.
That gives us enough time to identify the right priorities, build the core pieces of infrastructure, test them in the real world, and keep momentum long enough for the work to actually take hold.
After the initial 6 months, you can continue month-to-month if ongoing support still makes sense.
Q: What if I can’t attend live?
A: The live sessions are where the highest-value work happens, so I recommend attending whenever possible.
That said, if you cannot make a session, you can still use the private member space to share questions, post assets for feedback, or bring something forward for a future call.
This is designed to support implementation, not punish you for having a full life and business.
Q: Is there support between calls?
A: Yes. The private member space exists for quick questions, wins, feedback requests, and between-session momentum. Our members are quite active and I’m in there 3x per week on Mondays, Wednesday and Fridays.
EXPERIENCE + OUTCOMES
Q: What if I’m brand new to sales?
A: The Revenue Room is not designed for people who are brand new to sales or still trying to validate whether their offer works.
This is for founders who already have traction, expertise, and evidence that people want what they do — but need more structure around how sales actually happens.
If you are still figuring out your offer, audience, or whether people will pay for your work, the Roadmap may be a better first step than the Room.
Q: What if I already have sales experience?
A: Perfect.
The Revenue Room is not about teaching you beginner sales tactics. It is about helping you make the sales process more visible, intentional, and repeatable.
Experienced founders often have strong instincts. The problem is that those instincts usually live in their head.
This is where we turn that judgment into infrastructure.
Q: Will I make more sales by joining?
A: No one can ethically guarantee revenue.
What The Revenue Room is designed to do is help you build the conditions that make revenue more predictable: clearer offers, better sales paths, stronger follow-up, more visible pipeline, sharper deal strategy, and a more consistent operating rhythm.
The goal is not more hustle.
The goal is less guessing.
Q: What kind of results should I expect?
A: You should expect to get clearer on what is actually happening in your sales process, where opportunities are stalling, what infrastructure is missing, and what needs to move next.
Depending on your focus, that might look like:
a clearer offer
a stronger referral path
a cleaner consult-to-decision process
better follow-up
more useful sales assets
a visible pipeline
clearer deal stages
stronger proposal language
better buyer qualification
a more consistent weekly sales rhythm
The work is practical, but it is not instant. We are building the sales infrastructure your next stage of growth requires.
Q: How much time should I plan to spend here?
A: Plan for the weekly call plus implementation time between sessions.
Most members should expect to spend 1–3 hours per week total, depending on the sprint they are working through.
This is not meant to become a second job. It is meant to give your sales work a clearer place to live.
COMMUNITY + TRUST
Q: Is this a safe space to share my deals and business challenges?
A: Yes.
The Revenue Room is a high-trust, high-integrity space. Members bring real deals, real questions, and real business constraints into the room.
What is shared in the room stays in the room.
No posturing. No guru nonsense. No pretending everything is fine when the pipeline is haunted.
Q: Can I pitch my services to other members?
A: No.
This is a pitch-free space.
Members may naturally build relationships, refer each other, or collaborate over time, but the purpose of the room is not prospecting.
We are here to build better sales infrastructure, not turn the room into a networking ambush.
Q: What if I don’t want to share live deals?
A: You are never required to share something before you are ready.
That said, the more specific you are willing to get, the more useful the room becomes.
You can start by bringing a sales asset, a follow-up question, a proposal, an offer decision, or a piece of infrastructure you are trying to build.
Q: What kind of businesses are in the room?
A: The common thread is expertise-led work.
Members may come from different industries, but they are usually selling services, strategy, advisory, transformation, or high-trust support.
That variety is part of what makes the room useful. The businesses differ, but the underlying sales challenges often rhyme.
MONEY + COMMITMENT
Q: How much does it cost?
A: The Revenue Room is $750 CAD/month + tax, with a 6-month minimum commitment.
There are also higher-touch support options available for founders who want additional private advisory alongside the room.
Q: Why is there a 6-month minimum?
A: Because sales infrastructure is not built in one call.
A single session can create insight. Six months creates rhythm, implementation, testing, refinement, and momentum.
The work takes consistency because we are not just talking about sales. We are changing how the business creates, tracks, and moves revenue.
Q: What if I want more direct support?
A: There are higher-touch options available.
Revenue Room + Private Advisory includes the weekly Revenue Room structure plus private advisory calls with Talica.
For founders who need more hands-on implementation support, there is also a higher-level implementation build option.
The right level depends on how much private support you want alongside the group operating rhythm.
Q: What if I join and decide it’s not right for me?
A: The Revenue Room has a 6-month minimum commitment. After that, you are free to cancel.
The reason for the minimum is simple: this work needs enough time to become useful. We are not chasing a quick burst of motivation. We are building the structure required for steadier revenue.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
A: Because access, advisory, resources, and member support are provided immediately, refunds are not offered.
If you are unsure whether The Revenue Room is the right fit, the best next step is to book a Pre-Game call so we can talk through where you are, what you need, and whether the room makes sense.
Q: What is the Pre-Game call?
A: The Pre-Game call is a short fit conversation before joining.
We will talk about your business, what you are trying to build, where sales feels unclear or inconsistent, and whether The Revenue Room is the right container.
