Hi! I’m Talica (pronounced Ta-lee-tha), your resident sales nerd and evangelist and creator of The Revenue Room.
I’ve spent 20+ years building strategies that actually work—without hacks, scripts, or selling your soul. I’ve closed over $750M in sales, generated $75M in leads, and helped 1,000+ entrepreneurs turn “I hate selling” into “wait, that worked?”
When I’m not helping founders close deals with confidence, you’ll find me sailing (I once crossed the Pacific in a 40ft boat), doing yoga, or adventuring with my son Jameson. I’m married, descended from Vikings and Fijian warriors (which explains a lot), and I believe sales is a muscle, not a magic trick. Around here, we keep it human, we keep it honest, and we definitely keep it fun.

A: Membership is ongoing and billed monthly, with a 3-month minimum commitment. After that, you can stay as long as you want.
Q: What if I can’t attend office hours live?
A: Office hours are designed for drop-in support, but you can always submit your questions via the form. Where possible, highlights and insights are shared back in the Slack channel or recap emails.

Q: How much does it cost?
A: Membership is $150 CAD/month + tax, with a 3-month minimum commitment.
Q: Why is there a 3-month minimum?
A: Because meaningful change takes consistency. Sales is a skill that improves with practice and repetition, not a one-off quick fix.
Q: What if I join and decide it’s not right for me?
A: After your 3-month commitment, you’re free to cancel anytime. No questions asked.
Q: Do you offer refunds?
